Frequently asked questions........

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

We regularly review our shipping policies so please check back for the most up to date information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Plain items that are in stock at our Birmingham warehouse are normally sent out for next day delivery. Sometimes when items are either not stocked at our location or we have run out of stock, we will order direct from our suppliers which can take around a week.

Embroidered items will normally be with you within two weeks subject to artwork approval and stock availability.

With all items, delivery times are subject to change and sometimes delays can happen beyond our control. We will however keep you aware on any delays.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use UPS for all of our deliveries.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Please be aware that any item that has been personalised is not eligible for return as per the relevant trading laws.

Can I get my product personalised?

Absolutely!!! Any item that can be personalised will have options on the product page for you to select and also upload any relevant files or logos.
